Turnaround
Turnaround starts when 50% of your order has been paid for and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of *any* of this info can/will result in production delays. Current turnaround time is 10-15 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may/will increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups can/will also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice. If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Cornerstone Custom Apparel’s control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

Minimums
We have a 12 piece minimum order per design.

Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings. Reducing the number of ink colors in your design can also lead to significant savings. Our team of talented artists can make any design shine with only three, two, or even one ink color!

Terms
All orders must have a 50% deposit, unless the customer is on terms.
Example: Acme, Inc. emails Cornerstone Custom Apparel about placing a T-Shirt order. Cornerstone Custom Apparel sends Acme a Quote. Acme approves the quote and Cornerstone Custom Apparel sends an Invoice. Acme waits 3 weeks, then pays the deposit on the order. Once deposit is received, Cornerstone Custom Apparel places the order on the schedule.Type your paragraph here.


Artwork
Artwork will be billed at $40/hour with a $20 minimum. The minimum payment of $20 + tax must be paid for before receiving artwork. The $20 will be credited towards your order when it is placed. If art requires more than 30 minutes, art will be charged accordingly and will not be credited towards the order.

Art Approval
All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print. Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced accordingly. Any delays in the approval process of the mockup can/will result in production delays.

Max Imprint Sizes
Please note that not all shirts will be printed exactly the same; these dimensions are to be used for reference as a “safe” zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges.

NOTE: Any print that goes over a seam can result in imperfections in the print.


Screens
We will use the same set of screens per design ordered; that is, the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for different item sizes, please let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing charged accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing hoodies and girl and youth sized shirts.

Example: Acme, Inc. orders 40 Girls shirts and 60 Unisex shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of shirts. Cornerstone Custom Apparel will have to make two sets of screens. Acme, Inc. will be charged the 25-48 Quantity pricing for the Girls shirts and 49-72 Quantity pricing for the Unisex shirts, NOT the 100 Quantity pricing.

Collar & Seam Printing
Although Cornerstone Custom Apparel has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the collar, seams, or any other edges. Any large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

Hoodie Printing
Inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the zipper, pockets or any other uneven surfaces. Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

Specific Measurements When Printing
There is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt. If you request a shirt that is 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 2”, they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not reprint or refund these shirts. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for a reprint.

Changes to Your Order After Payment
Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $50.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee or if you gave us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that’s what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, changes become costly and time consuming.

Example: Acme places an order for 100 Anvil 980 shirts in Black. Cornerstone Custom Apparel then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Acme wants to change the order to now print on 100 Anvil 980 White tees. Cornerstone Custom Apparel now has to change the order in our system in its entirety as well as both paper versions of the work order that are in the art room and traveling with the shirts. We have to ship the black shirts back to the supplier (paying a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs) then pay to have them ship new shirts out.

Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been printed.

Example: Acme places an order for 99 shirts. Cornerstone Custom Apparel then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Acme needs to cancel the order (for any reason). Cornerstone Custom Apparel has to return the shirts to the manufacturer, incurring shipping fees and restocking fees. Cornerstone Custom Apparel refunds Acme for their order minus a 15% restocking fee.

Must-Have Dates
Cornerstone Custom Apparel will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.


Shipping
Cornerstone Custom Apparel cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

Examples: UPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | UPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Returned Checks
There will be a $30 returned check fee.

Pricing
Cornerstone Custom Apparel has the right to change pricing without notice. This does not include orders that have been placed.

Disclaimer
Cornerstone Custom Apparel cannot guarantee variances in size/shades/construction of garments and merchandise.

Claims & Reprints
Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 5 days of date of delivery. If Cornerstone Custom Apparel is responsible for any errors in your order, we will accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We will require you to return the misprinted shirts within 10 days of date of delivery. Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order. (IE: If you order 100 shirts and you’ve sold 15, then you discover a print defect and you only return 85 shirts to Cornerstone Custom Apparel, we are only responsible for reprinting the remaining 85 shirts).


Printed Samples
Printed samples will be based on quantity, colors, and locations not by the specification of a future order. We understand the importance of samples, but they are very costly and will have to be billed accordingly.

Reorders
We love reorders, however, we cannot give the same pricing if the specifications are changed from the previous order (quantity, colors, locations, garments, etc). Even if specifications have not changed, reorders will be billed at current pricing, which may be higher than previous pricing.

Dye-sublimation
Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not be responsible for imperfections caused by the dye-sublimation process. Please note, that creases and/or spots are expected to occur. Please see claims and reprints above for other terms and conditions.

Customer Supplied Garments
Due to the nature of the business, Cornerstone Custom Apparel will not be held responsible for spoilage of 10% of the order or a 10 garment minimum. We will do our best to ensure your garments are done correctly, however, please note as the customer, you are taking this risk. We cannot replace customer supplied items, so we encourage customers to buy items directly from Cornerstone Custom Apparel. Due to the extra attention to customer supplied garment, they will be billed at a higher printing or embroidery rate. If spoilage does occur, the items will be discounted off the order.
